-Sit with your back against a wall to make sure you are keeping straight posture
-Reach your right arm over your head and touch your left ear
-Tilt your head toward your right shoulder, and gently pull and stretch
-Keep your shoulders relaxed, and hold for 10-20 seconds
-Release and repeat three times
-Reach your left arm over your head and touch your right ear
-Gently tilt your head toward your left shoulder
-Stretch, hold for 10-20, release
-Repeat three times
