Give and get a long hug. Rub a smooth rock or other nature find. Feel the different textures against your skin. Take a warm shower, bath, or dip into a pool and notice the water caressing your body. Paint or draw a picture. Rhythmically pet your dog or cat, and feel her fur against your fingers and the rising and falling of her breath. Notice how it is, or is not, in sync with your own breath.
