A common reason we become ungrounded is because we do not face or accept an aspect of life. We hide something or hide from something because it makes us uncomfortable. Healing happens when we can accept the people, places and things in our life, even though we won’t always agree with them. We can accept someone and disagree with them at the same time – this is a big concept many people don’t fully grasp. When we face and embrace ourselves, we are able to accept ourselves, which allows us to be fully present and grounded in our life experience. Find the reasons you may not accept yourself, for exactly who you are, and begin to have peace with them. You deserve to love yourself.
