Stretch, Bend or Go for a Walk
Movement is a great de-stressing agent. Whenever you are feeling overwhelmed, a quick remedy is to get up and do something. Stretch your body, first reaching for the sky and then touching your toes, or bend backwards as far as you can, feeling your back and stomach muscles stretch and contract with the movement. And by all means, if time permits, go for a walk, even if it is just around the block.
