This isn’t the usual end-of-year article where a benevolent writer reminds you that resolutions are hard to keep and better left unmade. Look around you. Every skin, trim, fit, prosperous, disciplined person around you is the result of some resolutions. Resolutions can be a catalyst for change. The trouble is that most of us make resolutions the wrong way. Here are some ideas to making resolutions that can actually work.
