Toss it, throw it, recycle it, give it away, donate it, we don’t care what you do with it, but get rid of all the extra “stuff” you have lying around your home, office or car. If you haven’t used it in more than a year, then you don’t need it. Clutter makes it nearly impossible to relax or let go because your eye is always going right back to the pile of mail, magazines or random papers around you. In turn, your mind starts to think about all the things you “should” be doing, but if you haven’t done them yet, do you really “need” to be doing them? Remove the clutter and remove some of the unnecessary stress from your life!
