Gun Violence: The Faith Response

Two dozen prominent interfaith leaders met at the Washington National Cathedral after the Newtown, CT shootings demanding an end to gun violence, and effective policy responses including an assault weapons ban. The clerics observed a moment of silence as the Cathedral’s funeral bell tolled 28 times to honor all those who had lost their lives in the tragedy.
