1994, T.D. Jakes initiated the first ManPower conference in Detroit, Michigan. ManPower was established to address the needs and struggles of men in their daily lives. Throughout the past 15 years, the conference has hosted record-breaking audiences across the nation. T.D. Jakes says his goal is to continue to provide a safe environment for men of all ages , races and backgrounds to be revitalized and uplifted; and he also hopes that they will pour in with aspirations of building a stronger, unbreakable, optimistic tomorrow. If you are a man with dreams and goals, but do not have a strategic plan for your life, then the ManPower conference is for you!
