Women's History Month

BY: Amanda

womenshistorymonth-1Thank you to all those across the globe that have fought and struggled for the rights of women, especially those who continue the battle still today. did not always exist and it is a blessing that we have an entire calendar month to celebrate our strength and the uniqueness of being women.

Women's History Month also concides with another empowering event held on March 8th, . Be sure to wear your womanly pride on your sleeve this month, because this year's Women's History Month theme is, "Our History is Our Strength."

"Our shared history unites families, communities, and nations. Although women's history is intertwined with the history shared with men, several factors - social, religious, economic, and biological - have worked to create a unique sphere of women's history."
-

Celebrate the achievements and proud history we have created with your fellow women this March. Rejoice with Prayables and let your pride show!

Thank You for all that I have,
all that I am, and all that I may one day become.

I know this is possible because
of the opportunities You gave me,
the teachers You sent my way.

Please help me give back to the world,
by being the glowing example
that You mean for me to be
each and every day.

In my actions, my words, and my love
may others see You shining through me.
