This is a no excuse zone, We can no longer blame others for our slack, or lack of getting, doing or being something. Today we will be held accountable for our actions toward our success. No excuses this time around.

It is very easy to fall into fear, to hold yourself back. Don’t feel uncomfortable when it comes time to do something or say something bold. Try it, do something BOLD. Here’s some tips:

1. Be your authentic self.
2. Love yourself
3. Join a support group

Commit to do one thing BOLD this week. Maybe you need to boldly forgive someone in person. Remember no one is obligated to do you right or do you wrong.  Do you need to confront your demons? Eliminate fear, self-doubt and low self-esteem. Use you senses to learn how to feel. Many of us put up a wall and block out our emotions. Above all else, treasure your relationships with others and especially with the One that matters most.

Hearing Your Voice

You know I don't always hear You,
when the task is difficult,

the way ahead frightening.
Help me recognize the messengers
You send my way
even as You help me
find the courage
to carry out Your plans.

"WHAT'S AN EXCUSE YOU NEED TO ELIMINATE?"

“Angel Days”

Often we need to wait for things to unfold gloriously and to take time to listen to the angels. Good things come to those who wait to accept them with a grateful heart.
