Maria Lochi went to church every day and she never went alone. Her German Shepard, Ciccio was her faithful companion for twelve years. Since her passing Ciccio continues to attend church as soon as he hears the bells ring. Parishioners are happy to see Ciccio sitting by the altar. The loyal canine is a living memorial to his beloved late mistress.
