Eastwood was raised in a Protestant family, but doesn't seem to care about that. He's shown interest in Deist concepts and Buddhism. Eastwood was raised semi-religious, going to church every week (always some denomination of Protestant) until he was about 12 years old when he asked his father why he didn’t go to church with the rest of the family. His father said it was his only day off, so Clint stopped going as well.
