I don’t remember what I was doing when I learned, that a friend again had cancer. Twenty years ago, she’d battled back from Stage 4 breast cancer. Now she had stage 4 lung cancer. The doctor assured her that the two were unrelated and admitted that the statistical chances of being in this situation were so low that he couldn’t give her a number.He may not have a number, but she does.
