It all started in January when I put my first ad for prayer writers on Craig’s list. 90 responses from one free ad, that gave birth to the 286 prayers that are the first volume of the Prayables Collection. It’s been like a virtual assembly line. is the factory floor. I'm no Norma Rae. But I'm feeling her spirit. and I worked out the last (for now) major feature for the site. The problem was how to make the site more of a community without taking away from our Facebook page. We don’t want to ask women to set up, yet another social community personal page – YUCK! The boredom of building my grandparents.com page (and not using it) is still fresh in my mind, and that was months ago. Here’s the solution: . The community can post prayer requests, favorite quotes and prayers, statements of gratitude and their own original prayers.
