Moving in Mysterious Ways, Part Two
In last week’s blog post, I talked about strange events involving nature. During a prayer call, there was sudden, strange weather, and a group of loud birds, squawking until the prayers ended. A few days later, a bunch of crows started hammering on my sunroom, seemingly intent on breaking in. Later that night, my dog started barking, and I saw two tiny baby deer standing smack dab in the center of my lawn, facing each other. They seemed to say, “Okay, we came. Now what do we do?” A neighbor waving a flashlight scared them off, and I let my dog out into the fenced-in backyard after the deer were gone. She barked for a few seconds, ran around, and returned to the door to come back in. I was standing at the back door waiting for her, but hadn’t opened it yet and, for some reason, she came full-barrel and crashed head-on into the sliding glass door.
