whatever denomination a candidate belongs to often has little or no bearing on anything that he may or may not do while in office. A good pagan can have a very high moral standard and treat everyone with respect and always do the right thing. I suppose the issue is what control a particular denomination has over the candidate. Will Kerry bend the knee to the Pope and ram thru a bill outlawing birth control or abortion. I rather doubt it.
