Take some quiet time to think about the person and relationship in question, and truly think about the emotions that your are feeling; identify them. Do you feel impatient? Uncomfortable? Frustrated? Write down a list of all of the emotions you feel, and don't hold back. Once you have identified exactly how you are feeling, you can begin to ask yourself why you feel this way.
