Gruyere Cheese Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 pound Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • Seasoned salt, to taste


TO PREPARE:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix ingredients in order.
Pour into an ungreased nine-inch pie plate.  Bake ten to
15 minutes until mixture is set and lightly browned.  Do
not overcook.  Serve hot with squares of French bread.
