When dealing with the fear of failure, consider the following:
Accept failure. The worst thing in life is not failure; the worst thing in life is never trying. Be okay with giving it your best shot regardless of the outcome.
Keep going. Failing once, twice, or even several dozen times does not always mean you are finished.
Learn from it. Each time you fail, learn from it. Every single time, see what you could have done better, improve on it, and grow from it.
Learn from the experience of others. Watch people who are doing what you want to do, and learn from their successes. Look at what other people do wrong and avoid the same mistakes that others have made.
