We all have vices, but isn’t it time you try and be the best person you can be? If you’re still smoking cigarettes, you know what you need to do. But at the same time, don’t make January the month you quit smoking, stop drinking, and switch to decaf. By February, you’ll have gone back to all of your old habits—and probably added a few more. Figure out which bad habit you want to conquer first, then put all of your energy into making it happen. You’ll feel an amazing sense of accomplishment simply conquering one thing at a time – and you’ll be ready to move on to the next challenge.
