Keep a prayer journal about a situation where you cannot figure out what to do. If nothing else, you may end up with a great novel. If you were hurt or wronged, writing about it and seeking the Lord can help you process what really happened – and move on. Journaling about the benefits you’ve gained from a negative situation and how it turned out for the best – rather than focusing on the anger and resentment you have surrounding the event – can actually help you to forgive and move on.
