Move to a smaller home or location. Less to take care of means more time for family, work, volunteering, and God. But remember, many Baby Boomers have discovered the advantage of selling the larger home before buying a smaller home. Moving twice is better than taking a chance with the fickle housing market and getting stuck with two houses. When you downsize, the real valuables in life such as family, friends, and church can still be a part of your adventure.
