How to use credit cards – Many high school graduates are victimized by credit card offers. They quickly get in over their heads with credit card debt. It sounds ridiculous, but it’s not uncommon for a college student to graduate with $30,000 in credit card debt. Do not accept a credit card offer until you have a job or other income. It’s very smart to get a “debit card” that is tied to your checking account – that way you only spend money you actually possess.
