The earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan in March were horrifying. It was difficult to imagine such devastation and loss of life. But there was hope in the wake of such catastropher. Here, a Self Defence soldier cradles a 4 month old baby miraculously pulled from a house days after the tsunami when its tiny cries were heard.
