Good Days and Bad Days. Just expect it. If you’re anything like me, your days are unpredictable. Be grateful for the days when you feel good and take full advantage of every moment. On your “okay” days, push through. Believe me when I tell you you’ll feel better at the end of the day if you do. But there will be times it’s going to be hard to move past how you feel physically. Days when all you can do is rest and recharge. Don’t let those down days derail your dreams. Know that you’re going to have setbacks, and learn to trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be in that moment of your journey.
