Visualize and use your imagination. So often, our resolutions require diligent, practical activities. As crucial as these are, it’s also very important to use the imagination to visualize where you want to go. Athletes do this all the time – they run through the match, game, or race in their minds and prepare for the real thing by imagining each phase and a successful outcome. In many ways, each of us is an athlete, and we can benefit from the same kind of emotional training, too.
