I've been writing in the world of personal growth for a few years, and I've picked up some reoccurring themes. There are many phrases that are thrown around by virtually every writer that have now become commonplace in our lives and everyday conversations, and unfortunately they're doing more harm than good. What happens when we say these phrases, is that we spend our time striving instead of living, and before we know it years have passed us by. Today I'm calling out four phrases I hear regularly, and am sharing why you should have a second look at how it fits into your life moving forward.
