The month of March is National Nurtrition Month, so this a great time to try out new healthy recipes. It's easy to get stuck in the same cooking rut where we cook the same dishes on a specific day of the week - so why not revamp your meals. You might find a new favorite entree or be able to put a healthy new spin to an existing recipe.
Host a potlock and invite your friends and family. Encourage your loved ones to do the same thing and try out new recipes. At the potluck, make it a game and have everyone vote on their favorite dish. Have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Exchange recipes and ideas to revamp existing recipe staples.
