One of the more unique projects on our list exists outside of a crowd funding site by using its own website and funding through Paypal. Since 2009 Sheena  Matheiken has used fashion to raise money for charities dedicated to helping people get water and other needs in third world countries. She does it by dedicating herself to wearing the same little black dress every day, but styling it differently to be both creative and environmentally conscious.
