You will begin with the Habit of Generosity by learning that true Generosity is not about wealth or charity. It is about allowing an in- and outflow of energy that feeds you just as much as it feeds others.
Start by making a gratitude list. As the theologian Meister Eckhart said, “If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” Consider relationships in which you feel fear or conflict. Decide to bless those involved and notice how your energy shifts. Finally, try dispensing random, small kindnesses to strangers each day.
