Step Four to Help You
When you have finished your notes on the events that have occurred, review them at a deeper level of the emotions. This means taking a good, deep look at them and:
i) Noticing how each event feels. What emotion does it make you feel?
ii) Noticing where you feel each event. Where in your physical body do you feel this sensation?
Make note of these in your journal. Oftentimes we hold unhealed emotions in the liver and once they have been transformed you may experience a physical release as these thoughts leave your body and if can feel like a flu. A cleanse of your system and plenty of water can help you tremendously.
