Don't bottle up your thoughts and feelings up inside. Keeping your emotions a secret from others is unhealthy. Tell others how you are feeling because if you don't there is no way for anyone to know what's going on. For example, you could be mad about a situation however if you don't talk about it and work things out you'll never get problems resolved. If you continue to allow your emotions to stack up, then you'll have an emotional breakdown one day.
