Employers are now checking out candidates on various social media outlets to see what "type" of people they are. Your pictures and posts may seem harmless to you however it's better to be safe than sorry. You don't want to be passed up on a potential job because your friend tagged you in an appropriate posting or someone is offended my something they see.
