In God’s Kingdom, it’s never too late for a comeback. We can look through the Bible to see those who went before us and who were the underdogs. Look at Jesus, Moses, and Paul. When it seemed all was lost they came back better than ever, so can you.

Jesus conquered the grave. Mosses made it through the wilderness, and Paul who was a Christian hater and murderer became the faith’s biggest advocate. Think back on how God has brought you through before. Sometimes it’s how you want it, and sometimes it doesn’t make sense at all.

God sees the bigger picture for us—we can’t always understand. But the best days are ahead. You need to believe it. The Creator can change our story, our destiny, and causes all to work for the good.

In the book, The Comeback, pastor Louie Giglio wrote we all are offered a comeback no matter what and that God’s plan will prevail. He moves through us because of who we are in Christ. We are saints joined with the power of the Lord Jesus sitting in high places. Wow, we are not lowly sinners who are selfish, and should hide in shame. We can be free from this sin. That’s the old way of life. Out with the old man and put on the new man. It's not based on what we do--it's based on what Jesus did on the cross.

“I will not die but I will live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done (Psalm 118:17: Our confession in the dark places),” Giglio shared on Twitter. We need to take scriptures like this to heart and again, look to those who overcame before us.

Jesus is alive in you, friend. Don’t let people or the world to dictate your peace, or your comeback. What do you need to come back from? Is it depression, loss, failure, broken relationships? We can tap into Christ’s power of peace to avoid the trap of temptation, and to become strengthen when the enemy knocks on the door.

“And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful (Colossians 3:15).”

This can be the beginning for you. Lean into worshiping for refreshment, draw close to God and the word for nourishment. Live according to God’s word, not feelings in order to have the best comeback yet. No matter where you are, or the mistakes made, if you follow God’s plan He will bring grace to anyone pressing through in Christ. Your life doesn’t have to end where you are if you pick up the pieces and follow God’s voice in the desert.
