Out of pink or red paper, trace and cut out four hearts. Then add wings with white or another color paper to each side of those hearts. On the first one, inscribe on it all the people you love and why; the second one, the people that love you; the third, your favorite love moments in your life; the fourth one, things you love to do and why they make you feel that way; the fifth, what things you love about yourself. Each one will help you be in alignment with the very essence of love and that it indeed enfolds you. Hang them up as a celebration of love.
