In 2005, I was diagnosed with an aggressive DNA strain of cervical cancer. I had a pap smear two months earlier and the results did not find anything abnormal, but my intuition kept telling me something was wrong. I harassed the doctor to redo the tests and the results showed that the cancer was spreading very quickly, so my doctor got me an appointment to see a specialist within a week.

The specialist scheduled surgery for ten days later as he was concerned with the rate of growth and how quickly the cancer cells were multiplying. My friend sent me [to get] massage to help me relax and take some time out for myself. The [massage] therapist asked me if she could give me some reiki and I agreed. During the reiki, I saw/felt Archangel Michael, Raphael, and another [guardian] angel. Raphael drew out some of the negative energy from my body and Michael wrapped his big, strong wings around me and supported me. My guardian angel held my hand.

I started crying and my therapist asked me if I could see anything. When I told her what I was feeling and seeing, she told me she could see them too and described them exactly as I saw them. When I went back to the therapist the following week, instead of multiplying at a rapid rate, the cancer cells had almost completely gone.

It's been five years since then, but I have just found out that the cancer cells are back and I am off to see the therapist again in two days. I have every faith that reiki and the angels will help me through this next trial. They are always around us, just waiting on us to call for their assistance.
