Nobody knows how to cook or (for those few who do) wants to cook. In a world crammed full of work, school, and activities, the long, leisurely pursuit of making a home-cooked dinner has disappeared. People still want to eat. So as a nation, we’ve outsourced cooking to people who are more interested in selling us food (and lots of it) than keeping us fit.
