Pick one thing and break up with it. I broke up with chocolate. You can break up with peanut butter, Margaritas, pizza, or whatever food got you into this mess. Confide it in your best friend. Cry if you must, but do not go near the food. Think of how it did you wrong, how much it has hurt you. Talk badly about this food to your friends. If you see somebody else indulging in this food, give her the stink eye.
