As family caregivers, women are always searching for information on health and wellness. In that search, it is nice to be reminded of God’s great plan for our physical well-being through the foods that He has created and we eat. While this certainly isn’t meant to replace sound medical advice or override doctor’s orders, the following food list has some fun, interesting information.
