We are truly his handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to lead the life of good deeds, which God prepared for us in advance.

Ephesians 2:10

Having heart disease gives us many chances to nurture good habits, thoughts, and actions in ourselves and others. From living more healthfully to encouraging our loved ones to take care, too, we live in the hope-become-real that all is not dark or lost, and our lives are not over. Rather, God has a purpose for each of us and it is good.
