Use them as lessons and opportunities to learn more about yourself and managing your symptoms. “Exploring what led to a setback can provide a clearer picture of what drives your bulimia, leading to better solutions. And such moments can be a great opportunity to work on building tolerance for being an imperfect person (like the rest of us).” Talk to your treatment team about creating a plan for setbacks and relapse.
