You need to perform incredible physical feats to lose weight. No doubt about it, exercise is part of losing weight, but many reality dieters embark on incredibly demanding exercise regimens. Most of us cannot afford to devote as many hours to exercise as reality TV stars nor do we have personal trainers. If the best you can do is an hour of exercise four or five days a week, realize that is actually a phenomenal regimen. It will get you results and it is sustainable over a lifetime. Do not beat yourself up because you are not training five or six hours a day.
