Figure out the why. There are many reasons people procrastinate. It could be as profound as fearing failure or as straightforward as feeling exhausted and needing more sleep. The key is to dig deep and determine what’s holding you back. If it helps, make a list of your reasons on paper. Once you can better understand why you put things off, you can find or brainstorm an effective solution.
