Don’t be afraid to ask for help when embarking on a weight loss plan. Enlist the support of your family, asking them to help you remember to exercise or keep junk food out of the house. If you are not making progress, seek the help of your doctor, a dietician or nutritionist. Ask a friend to exercise with you. If you know someone who has lost weight and kept it off, don’t be afraid to find out how it was done. Finally, use the power of prayer. Ask God for help in your endeavors and to show you the right path to meet your goal so that you might better serve Him and others.
