Losing weight has to involve change. You can’t have your daily Big Gulp cup of soda and eat dessert and fill your plate for dinner. If you aren’t currently exercising or living an active life, it will be incredibly difficult to lose weight and maintain the loss. Weight loss requires time, effort and a whole-hearted commitment.
