If your diet makes life too convenient with frozen meals, and prepackaged products, it’s no good. Frozen meals may be low in calories, but high in preservatives, sugars, salts, have little nutritional value, or vegetables. There can be about 700 to 1600 milligrams of sodium in one meal. This adds up when the daily salt intake is about 2,300 mg.
