We'll start just by rubbing your hands together. Allow your fingers to mesh with one another, creating friction, blood flow and energy in your hands. If you like, after about 20 to 30 seconds of this, separate your hands about three inches apart and notice the tingling of the increased blood flow. You might even feel a kind of energy in between your hands as if they are being joined together or just heat. Go back to rubbing your hands together for another half a minute.
