The hadith mentioned here is a weak one with a broken chain. The Quran only directly commands covering ones cleavage, and advocates the general principle of modesty. If the pro- hijabi people are sure of their position, there should be no need to misrepresent things.

I am a convert Muslim and it is a struggle but Allah knows your heart and thoughts always so be true to yourself and follow the Quran as you see it yourself, anything less is lying to yourself and everyone else.
