Would you be willing to go to jail? New York businessman Steve Kim spent four years in prison in China for the “crime” of helping North Koreans. He gave North Koreans food and shelter and helped some get out of China on Asia’s underground railroad. Many of the North Koreans he rescued were women who had been sold as brides to Chinese men. He named his rescue mission Schindler’s List after the Czech businessman who saved Jews from the Nazis.
