International Day of Prayer

A Day of Unity

These millions of Christians will be observing the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. It was begun in 1996 by the World Evangelical Fellowship.

They will be praying for believers such as Indonesian teenager Noviana Malewa who with three Christian friends was ambushed by extremists wielding machetes. Her friends were killed. She has survived, but with this terrible scar.
